Workaround | Unable to enter a comment during Reopening of a Task

Hi all,

I'm trying to search for a valuable workaround to guide the client to communicate with the onboardee in case of reopening of a task previously assigned to them.
I mean, if an Onboardee must to add an attachment in a task and they made a mistake, for instance, missing important details or not populating certain important fields, the HR would like to have the opportunity, during the reopening action of the task, to enter a comment to better explain the type of adjustment the Onboardee must provide.
I know about some Ideas opened about this matter (please upvote).
