Decimal places for Review Points in Rating Model Setup

Performance Rating entered in decimals is changing to a whole number

is there a way to put decimal points into the rating model? We are trying to set up the system so its a 5 point rating scale but the rating can be entered as a 3.25 or 3.5 etc. as well but the system keeps rounding to whole numbers.
