Critical and Standard Alerts for Overdue Performance Task are not sending Email

Summary:

Hello Teams,

We are having an issue with the Overdue Performance Task Notification where we get the in-app notification but no email notification.

1. We verified the HRC_DISABLE_HCM_EVENTS_PROCESSING and it is indeed set to "N" as show in 1st Screenshot.

2. We set the Performance Template > Process and set all the Standard and Critical Alerts and checked respective Repeated boxes for the all Performance Tasks and Set respective Due Task Date. (see 2nd Screenshot)

3. The BPM Notification is indeed set to "All" meaning both email and in app should get notification. (see 3rd Screenshot)

4. The emails are correct
