How to configure discounted medical plans in already implemented Fusion Benefits?

Summary:

Employee makes Medical election during OE 1/1/2024 with rates already configured say 2600 annually (biweekly 100 since pay periods = 26), after few weeks say 3/1/2024 Employee is eligible for discounted medical rates and wants to override the existing amount with 2000 annually. How can that be done? with details please.
