We wish to show the new line manager of the employee to view previous performance document's data of the direct report. However upon transferring the completed performance documents of the direct report to the new line manager the "evaluated by" field in the performance document (Document Details section) shows the new manager name which is incorrect as the previous manager did the evaluation. Is there a way to stop that evaluated by field from picking up new manager's name upon transferring and allowing the new managers to view the previous performance document data?
