How are other organizations assigning the Offboarding Journey?

I am looking to learn how others are assigning Offboarding Journeys.

We are building an Offboarding Journey for our managers and exiting employees to utilize. Since there is no change in status/action name in Oracle when someone gives notice there does not seem to be a good way to allocate the checklist. An upload would not be good and managers trying to remember to go out an assign one every time someone puts in their notice is not going to happen in reality. We have 75,000+ employees so looking for an auto-process. How are other organizations kicking off this Journey? Thank you for sharing!
