hi All,

I am running a free tier account and trying to explore different Oracle Cloud services.

I already have a tenancy where I have created a OIC instance. I would also like to explore the Gen AI service but my account does not let me subscribe to another region or add a new tenancy.

Can you please assist me in how to proceed with this.
