Uncheck Share Feedback with manager While Requesting feedback

Summary:

When employee request feedback " share feedback with manager visible with checkbox automatically. we want that this should be visible without checkbox, so that employee can select manager if they want to share with manager otherwise by default it should be uncheck is there a way we can achieve it ?

Oracle already confirm in the doc that it come by default checkbox
