    Redwood Payment Method does not allow users to create initial payment method

    in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 4 comments

    Summary: We have run into a problem where the Redwood Payment Method page does not allow employees to create an initial payment method. We have the Payment Method Preferences set to only allow amounts to be entered. We can create an initial payment method in the responsive pages and the first payment method allocates 100% of the employees pay to the one payment method. In the Redwood page we get the following error: 'You can't create personal payment methods with the payment amount type as P, as defined in payment method preferences.' We don't have
