Checklist Task Type Report - Unable to attach report

Summary:

Receiving warning message 'You're about to save the task even though the report doesn't exist in the specified report path. Continue anyway?' when attaching the report path for the checklist task type Report.

As part of implementing the Journey we are using a questionnaire as Task 1 and Task 2 we are wanting a report for the assigned Task 2 user to be able to view the responses from tasks 1.
