Add a new section into the Goal Plan

Hi,

Is it possible to add a new section into the Goal Plan ( together with the Performance and Development goals), in which we can add specific goals? Can we have Performance, Development and let's say Organizational Goals that can be evaluated sepparately in a different section on the page?
