How to Add a LOV in Unit of Measure Field on Coverage Form

Summary:

When you define coverage, there is a field Unit of Measure. We need to add a value in the list. For example, Per Year, Per Event, Per Child etc. Can someone please confirm how we can achieve this. I have tried through Manager Unit Measures task as well as from manage common lookups. But I'm unable to find this specific lookup code where I can add values in the list.
