To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Clicking info button in video only pauses the video (instead of accessing the link)
Summary:
We are wondering if action buttons that are embedded in an embedded learning video are supported.
We have created a video in .mp4 format.
The video contains an embedded info button, that opens an intranet page.
But when this video is hosted in the Learning Module, and accessed via the Guide Me button, clicking anywhere within the modal window only pauses the video instead of accessing the page.
Is this supported functionality? (can the modal window properties be configured to allow clicking within the video?)
Thank you in advance.
