Transfer HSA to WSA

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement where in the employees should be able to transfer some amount from Health spending account to wellness spending account plan. There are some fixed credits given to employees eg: 1000$ and employees can either transfer partial amount or full amount to wellness spending account.

Does anyone have any idea on how to achieve this?
