Plan lock scenario - break the lock in period

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement where we have to lock the plan for 1 year when employee is enrolled to the plan. We have used fast formula to achieve the lock in period for enrollment. We have another requirement where ben admin should have the ability to break the lock in period by creating a life event.

Can we achieve this via configuration?

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
