Benefits Extract - Ability to pick enrollments for closed life events

Hi All,

Does Benefits extract (using plan carrier setup etc.) offer the ability to pick enrollments for closed life events alone? Our current file feeds are causing issues with vendors, especially when employees change their mind during the 31 day enrollment window. I understand that we can force close life events by looking at explicit enrollments, but this is not a great employee experience, especially when we can't use the "When elections are made" in self service for "Close Enrollment Period Date" setup.
