We are creating a fast formula for rate calculation wherein we need to fetch employees annual salary

We are not able to fetch the correct database item for Annual Salary by using the formula type as rate value calculation.

We are trying to build formula for the below expression:

Total monthly rate - (Annual Salary * 0.015)/26

We have a value for Total monthly rate, we just need to fetch the Annual Salary value.
