Forcing to add "Payment Methods" management privileges for Pending Worker: DUTY vs DUTY_OBI
Hi team,
our customer asks for giving the privilege to view/edit the payment methods to the Pending Worker during taking in action in Preboarding process.
Usually this task is assigned to the Employee in order to provide this action from hiring date forward.
I got this is not a best practice, however the customer is pushing cause of "compliance matter".
I'm trying to add the privileges to Pending Worker:
• PAY_MANAGE_PERSONAL_PAYMENT_METHODS_FOR_WORKER_PRIV
• PAY_VIEW_OWN_PERSONAL_PAYMENT_METHOD_PRIV
• PAY_VIEW_PERSONAL_PAYMENT_METHOD_PRIV
but unsuccessfully:
So I got I have to do it in Role Hierarchy: which is the difference between "ORA_PAY_PERSONAL_PAY_METHOD_MANAGEMENT_DUTY" and "ORA_PAY_PERSONAL_PAY_METHOD_MANAGEMENT_DUTY_OBI" ?
