How can I see my customer's OCI usage and invoice?

Hi everybody,

As you know Oracle changed the billing system for customer. Following new process changes, any accounts that had their orders placed via partner, will no longer be able to see billing information in OCI console. If customer submitted deal with partner, the customer can not see their balance, cost analysis or billing information anymore. They can only contact with partner to see their usage.

We placed a deal as a partner and my customer want to learn their usage and invoices from me. I used Oracle Customer Center and Oracle Partner hub but I did not find any report for my customer. Do you know how can I see my customers' OCI usage and report?
