Manage Participant Feedback is anonymous to Employee but they can see initials of participants

Participant feedback has been set up as anonymous for the employee, the employee cannot see the participant's name but they can see their initials which will likely give away the person that provided the feedback in the first place, making it a pointless process.

How can we hide the display of the initials of the participant providing the feedback? It makes the process redundant if there is slight indication of who provided the feedback
