Fast Formula: Task Eligibility if the latest work relationship end date is > 28days before today

Hi team,

I need to create an Eligibility Profile in order to assign a task of a specific checklist to a pending worker, with a previous and terminated work relationship.
I mean, supposing to rehire an ex-employee, after recruiting process, and assign them a preboarding task, I need to make them eligible if the latest work relationship is recorded more than 28 days before today.

Do you know any fast formula to enter in the eligibility profile and to use in the preboarding task?
