Redwood statement of earnings shows incorrect data on balance feeds

Summary:

Elements which have had updates don't show properly on the Redwood SOE page for balance feeds. The data shows in multiple rows. However, when we switch back to the responsive UI, it shows correctly. I'm raising this in case anyone from Oracle payroll knows if any bug fixes are coming for this in 24C.

Redwood UI shows it twice (but the payroll calculations are all correct, it is only a display issue).

Responsive UI:

We suspect that the issue is that the Redwood screen is not able to show data correctly when there are updates on the element history.
