Hi,

I have used the CustomerImportTemplate FBDI template to update the Profile Class on a Customer Account Site, which has worked successfully.

One thing I noticed... when I used the ReceivablesCustomerProfileService Web Service to change the Profile at Site Level, the old Profile record was end-dated and the new record appeared with SYSDATE as the start date (HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_F.EFFECTIVE_START_DATE).

When I use FBDI, on the "RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INT_ALL" Sheet, I set the "*Insert Update Indicator" column's value to "U".
