Best practices for integration with disability vendors

Summary:

Hello - we recently implemented Oracle HCM and have a very manual process regarding disability pay. We are hoping to hear from other customers on how the integrate with their disability vendor and/or how they handle FMLA, STD, and LTD. We are hoping to make this a more automated process.
