Rescrict Access to view PIP documnetation for a custom role

Summary:

Hi Everyone, We have a custom role where we are giving access to all the performance tasks. but we want them restrict to see any Performance documentation with respect to PIP documents. They should not be able to see that on an employee or add PIP document to an employee?

Can we restrict this based on a custom role.
