In prepare review content, there should be no option to edit the performance and potential rating
Summary:
Hi Team,
When a manager prepare a review content for the talent review meeting, performance rating and potential rating gets auto populated from performance document and potential assessment. We want to make these two fields non editable so that no manager can change the ratings of an employee during the talent review meeting.
