DOB and personal address field as mandatory for dependents for specific legislation in RUI page.

As per the doc attached below, there's a limitation from oracle that we cannot make DOB and personal address fields as required/mandatory for dependents for specific legislation in responsive pages. We would like to know if there's any workaround to achieve this requirement.
