How to Load Date/Time value in Visa VCF 4 format using Transaction Loader and Validation Program

Summary:

We are loading Visa card transactions using Transaction Loader and Validation Program (APXVVCF4), but only date values in format (MM/DD/YYYY) are currently transmitted.

But, We require date/time values in format (MM/DD/YYYY hh24:mi:ss) to be loaded.

Is there anyone who knows how to format date/time values into visa flat file?
