Possibility to "move" an information from a task towards another with different performer

Hi team!
Our client asks for having the opportunity to transfer an "information" from a task towards another with a different performer.

I mean: if the HR has to enter a value in a flexfield (ex. "card pickup date"), is it possible to "move" this information in the same flexfield added in the followed task assigned to Pending Worker/Employee?

Could you please share any experience/suggestion for a workaround?
