Requirement to upload Customer Contacts in Bulk

Hi Team,We have a requirement to upload customer contact in bulk. we tried uploading contact through FBDi file but that is very time consuming & complex process for the client. In FBDi File client need to fille-up multiple source reference numbers in multiple sheets and having high risk of creating unwanted customer/account/site. We are looking for a workaround so that contacts can be upload quickly with no errors.

Please let me know if anyone has worked on this type of requirement or has any idea.
