How to upload an HDL file with a scheduled life event?

We have the following need:

Currently, we have 20 meal ticket options in our Meal Ticket benefit.

We are upgrading the system to 24 new options for the same plan, which differ in eligibility. We created a scheduled (administrative) event to close the option to which the contributor is enrolled, and open a sign-up window for choosing a new option within the participant's eligibility.

So that it is not necessary to offer the 5000 employees the registration window, we thought about carrying out a load via HDL. Our problem was that, when carrying out the load for only 5 employees in order to perform a test, the HDL showed an error saying there was no open life event. We searched for this information in the business object in the load, which showed the need for an open life event. In this case, we opened a scheduled life event so that it could serve the entire company.
