Has anyone ever come across this particular error when uploading CVRs via Spreadsheet?

I am updating a Production environment with the latest batch of CVRs and there are quite a lot of condition filter values(less than 500). When I go to submit, I am getting an error in the Status Viewer. Has anybody seen this error before? If so, how did you rectify?

Activity Code is Condition Filter and Company is the Validation.
