DFF in the person info region under Benefits Summary

Summary:

Hi,

We need to add a field to capture Medical ID for the employee. As there is not standard field to capture this. We need to add DFF under Person info under Benefits Summary.

Does anyone know what is the DFF type that i can use to create this.
