Redwood - Hide Manager ratings for each goal on Performance document for employee

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a requirement to hide manager ratings for Employee on individual goals, but visible on overall section rating.We tried doing personalization through VBCS,but could not find option to select manager rating field.For perfomance goals section, only section rating should be visible not individual goal ratings.

Could you please suggest if anyone has come across this requirement.
