review employee resources for uploading benefit guide documents

Summary:

Hi.

We have a requirement where we want to upload benefit guide document for the employees to review before they can make enrollments. I see we have Review employee resource task, but i am not sure how we can configure it. Do we need to down VB studio to make changes?

Or is there any other workaround where employees can see the Benefit guide document from providers.
