Off-boarding journey based on notice period
Hello experts,
We have a requirement to build an offboarding journey having 10 tasks within it. But the issue is some employees having 1 month Notice Period and rest are having 3 months notice period.
If we build only one journey then we are facing confusion on below 2 points:
- What should we put on due date/target duration day?
- Reminder dates will have an impact because customer wants reminder to trigger based on due dates (Example total 3 reminders of 1 each day before due date)
Can anyone please suggest what I can do to achieve this requirement.
