Performance document is not showing the current Task

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We are in 24B release. I have done the below scenario

• As a manager, I have created a Anytime document
• As a Manager, I have bypassed the task and it has only two tasks- Employee Inputs and Manager Inputs

Post following the above steps, the performance document doesn't showing any tasks.

This is happening only once and we tried many times to replicate the issue but we were unable to do it.
