Redwood: Library goal weighting missing

We have enabled Redwood for Performance Goals and when adding library goals, we do not have a weighting field.

We have enabled Redwood for Performance Goals and when adding library goals, we do not have a weighting field. We had this enabled in TDS for Responsive but can't see it in VBS to enable in Redwood.

The Oracle guidance in simply says :

I can only guess that's for Responsive - but does anyone know how to enable in Redwood? This is pretty critical for us.
