    Is it not possible to load both Primary and Secondary Rates using HDL ??

    Summary:

    There is no provision to provide Rate Type Code in the template

    Does this mean that this product is not capable of loading Primary and Secondary rates in the HDL ?

    How to upload two different rates (employer - secondary and employee - primary) using the the "Participant Enrollment.dat" HDL template ???
