Redwood: Update Approval Banners for Performance Goal Approval

Summary:

Hi. We have a requirement to update the Approval Banner when submitting goals for approval to the Manager. We were able to do this before in RUI via Page Composer, but we've recently enabled Redwood so those page customizations are not applicable/migrated. Can you provide steps on how to do this in Redwood?

We tried updating this using User Interface Tool text, but it also affected other pages which requires Manager Approval.
