YTD is not calculating correctly
Summary:
The customer has been moved from semimonthly to bi-weekly. We have FSA, HSA, DCFSA as variable rate profile and the rate frequency is monthly. The issue is that the YTD is not calculating while using Value Passed to Payroll method as 'Communicated Amount'. This method is not working if the employee makes any changes to the elected value during the year. So, we tested different scenarios using 'Per-Pay Period Amount' still in some scenarios its calculating 8 cents more
e.g. The employee chooses the FSA as 3200 during Annual enrollment and after 26 Biweekly payroll runs the YTD is 3200.08 using the 'Per-Pay Period Amount' Method.
