Can you set up Native Electronic signature without any validation on user input?

edited Jul 18, 2024 6:36PM in Journeys 3 comments

Summary:

Some of our new starters are struggling to complete their onboarding task for signing their contract as they are getting confused what name format it is asking for (Display Name using Known As).

Is there any way to remove any validation on the name input? Users are already logged on and authenticated via SSO so not sure why there is validation on getting the name exactly correct.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have set up native electronic signature contract onboarding task and not selected any validation within the Validation Type of the Checklist Task but it still validates that the name they have entered matches the name we are holding and if they have numerous names and different preferred names (known as), some colleagues are struggling to complete the task leading to a bad onboarding experience.

Howdy, Stranger!
