Email is not being sent for Customer Statement
I have done below setups:
- Set Receivables System Options for Statements
- Default Country
- Print home country- enabled
- Print remit-to address
- Statement Delivery Using Email- From Email, Reply to Email, Email Subject, Include BU, Include Statement date
- Define Remit-to Addresses
- Define Lookup to Print Custom Statements
- Define Statement Cycles
- Define Customer Site Profiles
- Site profile is created at Bill to Site
- Email Contact defined with "Statement" Responsibility with Email (Purpose- Work)
- Contact Address
After above setup, I am able to generate Customer Statement through ESS job Create Customer Statement but is not triggering any email notification.
Can you help me to resolve this issue?
