Email is not being sent for Customer Statement

I have done below setups:

  • Set Receivables System Options for Statements
    • Default Country
    • Print home country- enabled
    • Print remit-to address
    • Statement Delivery Using Email- From Email, Reply to Email, Email Subject, Include BU, Include Statement date
  • Define Remit-to Addresses
  • Define Lookup to Print Custom Statements
  • Define Statement Cycles
  • Define Customer Site Profiles
    • Site profile is created at Bill to Site
    • Email Contact defined with "Statement" Responsibility with Email (Purpose- Work)
    • Contact Address

After above setup, I am able to generate Customer Statement through ESS job Create Customer Statement but is not triggering any email notification.

Can you help me to resolve this issue?
