Eloqua native integration reporting not returning data past 2 months
Hi,
I have a few clients who are using the Eloqua native integration to connect MS Dynamics and Eloqua. The native reporting UI gives options for up to 1 year of past external calls but the report will only show data up to 2 months, and it is not generally accurate (ie. only showing July 2024 results). Oracle Support has said that the UI is only able to return the past 2 months of data, and it can not be exported through the API as data is purged after 45 days.
This is extrememly confusing for clients/users. Is there a plan to remove the reporting options post 2 months or is this a bug?
