Manager cannot delete check-in created by and employee. Employee can delete check-in created by manager

I am logged in as the employee in the screenshot. The 2024 GD Check in 7/15/2024 was created by the employee and the 2024 GD Check in 7/15/24 was created by the manager. The screenshot shows that I can delete it.
