Disable drilldown in Redwood goal UI

Summary:

We had disabled drilling down to goal details for the Goal Plan UI for the employees using HRG_ENABLE_GOAL_DRILLDOWN_VIEW (set as No) profile option for Responsive UI. Is there a way to achieve the same in Redwood Goal UI?
