Invoice approval spreadsheet update dysfunction 24B

Hi,
I downloaded the new template of invoice approval rule spreadsheet. When I update this new template with data from the current uploaded spreadsheet, I notice:
1- the data set are not imported properly. some loose their name and the data sets header are not correct. the template does not allow to update it
if we have to recreate the spreadsheet from scratch, it is going to be very time consuming and there is always a risk of errors.
-2 the varying attributes are not the same from 24A to 24B. I can’t select “Invoice distribution.Cost center” condition but only “Cost Center” in the invoice Distribution section of the attributes list of values. I’m wondering why I get this 2 different expressions for same value type.
