Hello experts, we have configured an approval workflow for the goal setting: the manager receives a notification when his report creates a goal. The manager can approve or request more info about this goal. However, when the manager clicks on the Approve button in the email notification received, it appears another email window where he just need to click on Send and the employee's goal will be approved, without opening the system. It is possible to customize the content of this email that pop up in order to not appear like a phishing or similar appearance? Any idea for that?
