calendar event for night shift schedules

Hi,

wt is the solution for below issue.

Calendar events are defined from 12am-12am (24hrs); Now if there is a night shift schedule MO-FR 10PM-6AM and there is a holiday falling on Monday, then for these respective employees, it will consider only 2hrs, 10pm-12am as holiday and rest 12AM-6AM on Tuesday need to be worked. how can these employees avail 8hrs of holiday?

Also, in other way there is a problem in adding absence too, a day before the holiday event. suppose holiday is on Thursday configured as 12AM-12AM, then when we try to enter absence on Wednesday, it considers only 10-12 as 2hrs entry since 12-6 is holiday.

Howdy, Stranger!
