Additional provision calculated not taking manual adjustment

Summary:

Additional provision in CP form has Additional provision calculated. Under which there RTA adjustment - On putting any amount in adjustment column - On consolidation it disappears. Two Screenshots below. We need to have equity reversal here. Any particular reason as to why is this happening.
